Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. All packages will be wrapped and shipped discreetly in an unmarked package.

Shipping & Handling estimates are as follows

Orders under $50.00 - shipping cost $9.99

Orders between $50.00 and $100.00 - shipping cost $7.99

Orders over $100 ship FREE

You will be notified of any items that are on back order or sold out.

We will never contact you, nor will we give or sell your information to anyone.

Returns will be accepted as long as they are sent back within 5-7 days of receipt. Returns can only be accepted if returned brand new, unworn, and in original packaging. Due to strict health codes, we are unable to accept returns on adult novelties unless the items are defective.

You must contact us for return authorization prior to returning an item.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted new and unused only.

We will not accept returns on USED items.
Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your own protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchaser’s expense.

We do this for the following reasons:

You know you are getting NEW merchandise not previously worn items.
We will not accept returned packages without an authorized RMA.
When a package is returned with a proper RMA authorization # for an exchange there will be a charge of $5 for the reshipped item.

By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.

There will be a $5 restocking fee for any undeliverable returns, delivery refusals and unassigned packages.
Due to the reduced rates from our courier, We do “NOT GUARANTEE” delivery dates on express packages.
Please note that 99% of the time express packages do make it however in the rare case it does not you will still be charged the freight cost, as there are no refunds on freight charges.
If the package is refused for any reason, the ship freight and return freight will be charged to you.
